If Sasuke & Itachi is at God tier then defiantly Obito should be it as well. Ms (Kamui), Rinnegan, Senju DNA, Edo Tensei and wood release.

Amaterasu burns his Suano'o to nothing ness and he used Chidori sword to kill him. Preta would absorb the Lighting out of the blade but not stop the blade. Sasuke can stop Forrest Creation with a chidori charge. He would go right through it. Amaterasu also burns up any of the Wood Madara uses. Susano'O tanks the sword slice and Sasuke can trick Madara with his superior Illusions.
