This is also true. kage's are not invincible. Thought the mission is a failure E does not get reprimanded for it. I will allow him the experience as though it were a success. Meaning he has now completed 3 missions and Ranks up to the level of...Kage. that now puts him on par with you Mizukage.

You need to be fair in your fights. If you die it isnt the end of everything. Challenge him fairly next time.

I was fighting with a samurai general. It specificly said no 1 on 1, as he was jounin level. He would advance to S-Class, not make the skip to Kage. A High Kage > Jounin. He somehow killed my character I was controlling and ran off before I made a counter, and after I did he said to late. I am gone.

(Mizukage knows Sage-Mode. You need to have a summoning contract first though. Mizukage is the only teacher of Sage Mode as far as I know.)

Oops my bad. I didn't realize you fiighting a Samurai General 1 on 1. I thought you were a Captain. Sorry >_<Then Vegito is correct in this case E. I apologize. It is stated multiple times in the rules that anyone below S-Rank is not capable of fighting a Samurai General without backup. Since you were a Jonin, Vegito has the right of it and you were killed. You are sent to the hospital of your hometown and must wait 5 posts before traveling.
