Naruto wins with low difficulty. Even with Kakashi's Kamui, this technique is ineffective against a fast-moving target. The only reason why Kamui worked on Deidara is because both he and the Akatsuki member were traveling in parallel directions, which makes targeting very easy. Naruto isn't going to run away, only circle around Kakashi's line of sight.

Raikiri can be stopped via Rasenshuriken because of element advantage. I might even go further to say a wind-infused kunai could stop Raikiri, but this is only speculation since there have been no attempts at such.

Kakashi has much lower chakra levels than Naruto, thus he will be the first one to get tired.

Naruto but without being in Kyuubi Mode i dont think he can dodge Kakashi's Kamui, especially now with how accurate Kakashi has gotten without and he can do it more than 3 times. But in Kyuubi chakra mode he's faster, stronger, and has more devastating jutsu's.
