Humanizing Orochimaru

In part 1 we believed Orochimaru to be monster (many still do)

many people use joking call him a child molester


orochimaru is souly responcible for the assassination of two kages

but lets look at the monsters human side

all he seemingly wants is knowledge.

He was also caught crying in the destruction of the leaf

He felt sorry for the Ame orphans and wanted to put them out of their misery( had he done so there would have been no akatsuki)


I also believe Orochimaru loved tsunade at one point in time after he was one who consoled her when dan was killed


Now orochimaru was crying or sulking in front of the third hokage


Orochimaru the genocidal and homocidal immortal mad scientist of konoha Is still just as human as you or me

Kabuto is a more resourceful ninja and is more skilled than Orochimaru. Orochimaru can bad mouth Kabuto all he likes, Kabuto's the one who had the intelligence and skill to achieve sage mode, something Oro could never do.

So? Kabuto became a stronger ninja than Orochimaru ever was. Hands or not, Orochimaru could never achieve sage mode- give Kabuto the resources (which he went and got himself) and he surpassed him.

no need to try to humanize his character, it's actually better that we don't. His fans love him for the monster he was portrayed to be from that start, trying to rationalize his actions is a fail.

Seriously!? It wasn't just some 69 year old man though was it? It was the third hokage. Pretty big deal. He hated that man with a passion and would've come prepared as he could.

It was the Destruction of the Leaf, why would he hold back?
