Minato isn't stronger than oro, that's common sense...Oro has knowledge, and basically everything else to make it in the top list of ninja. Oro has the wider range of abilities, not to mention he is IMPOSSIBLE to kill.

obito was brutally defeated b4 so you ppl need to just stop ranking obito above minato and
orochimaru is weaker than jiraiya who is weaker than minato so this is also a clear win.
