Oh! I dont count Kabuto, everything he had he stole or used someone elses power to have. Plus you cannot count Power that got taken back by Oro n the end.

First, that's not a top 10, it's a top 18. If you wanted to make a top 10 with that logic it should go like:
3.2nd Raikage/Minato/Naruto
4.2ndRaikage/Minato/Naruto
5.2nd Raikage/Minato/Naruto
etc.

Second, Kabuto with no Edos is still a top10 character in my opinion, he has the best Sage Mode in the series and he has amazing tactical skills and knowledge about everyone.

At the moment i believe Madara is the strongest of course then Obito, but since the name of the series is Naruto he will obviously come out on top.

He was still strong in his prime. Why put Hashirama, Itachi, Trollkage, Nagato, or Madara? They're all dead. Hashirama and Madara are still reanimated, but they are technically dead. Anyway my point is that even though they're dead they were still very strong at their prime, in my opinion, top 10 worthy.

Going by your logic, Itachi is dead, thus shouldn't be included in the top ten given that you believe Kabuto shouldn't be in there because of his current predicament. Well Itachi's current predicament is that he's dead as dirt.

I would move Obito above Kabuto, trying very hard not to be biased here. He could easily beat him with his Kamui since (for the some part) Kabuto relies on close quarters.
