Id say its rather weak. Only like 25-30% of PS armour was broken, while all hands the biggest part of budda were blown away.
Kurama and madara didnt seem to take any great damage, if any at all. Kinda was obvious it wouldnt hold from when 1 TBB blown away everything hashi got prior to budda.

Now i wonder, would madara win if instead of charging ahead he would run in circles keeping some distance and spaming TBB shurikens?
