It takes no time at all to activate freaking EMS.I'm not gonna debate with someone that can't face the facts.Sasuke would beat him without Amaterasu.

Samede and shark mode kisame absorb chakra. Susano'o isn't a viable option. Sasuke needs to use quick shot moves - Enton and Chidori. Any sustained chakra is getting absorbed and powers kisame more.

Kisame's only real threats are Chidoris( to neutralise his water jutsu), and being hit by amaterasu/enton.

Sasuke's really restricted in this fight tbh but a lucky hit may win it. I still say kisame wins this most likely in the end.
