[Theory] The Scroll of Sealing Belonged To The Uzumakis And Not To The Senjus

I would like to disprove fanboys assumption that Hashirama was the original owner and creator of the Scroll of Sealing that was shown in Chapter 1

First of all, it was never stated that Hashirama created the scroll, it was said he sealed it/forbid it, not created it:

And that the scroll (the information inside it) was used to seal Kurama inside Naruto:

Kushina hundreds of chapters later, stated that Naruto's seal came from her village (Uzushiogakure)

So it's impossible for Hashirama or the Senju Clan to have been the original owner/creator of the Scroll.

The Scroll was given to Konoha by Mito and the Uzumaki Clan when they allied themselves with Konoha:

And if we think about it, why where there no Jinchuurikis before the Uzumakis entered the picture? And why didn't the Senjus use the Scroll's info. To create Jinchuurikis to be used as weapons during the First Shinobi World War?

This may be the case - because after all, the scroll is supposedly composed of seals (at least most of it since it´s name is the Scroll of Seals) and that´s an Uzumaki specialty/trait.

Just a thought. Maybe there were no jinks before Mito because Madara hadnt fought with Hashirama at VOTE yet? It was during that fight that Hashirama realized the power of the bijuu is too much to be left unchecked.
Secondly that scroll contained other forbidden jutsus. It's most likely that sealing jutsu was just one of them.
Lastly, Kushina said the four element seal was based on an Uzumaki sealing tech, not that it is an Uzumaki tech.

Small error: not every sealing tech came from the uzumakis for a jinchuriki. It was stated that bees seal was weaker to narutos . Also if every village had access to uzumaki fuinjutsu i doubt oro wouldnt have researched that clan earlier , since he had spies all over the place.
Kabuto had literally been a spy in every village.

Other than that, sound thread and theory.
Especially about narutos seal being on the first hokages scroll, just hope this wont make the fanboys give hashirama uzumaki seals and make him even more op.

Well, Mito was the one who sealed Kurama inside of herself, so Mito was the one who performed the seal. Hashirama and Mito got married, so she gave the info on the technique to Hashirama.
It doesn't make sense for him to develop his own version of the seal, while an Uzumaki like his wife can just show him the original tech

But we know Naruto's seal is an original Uzumaki seal and mizuki said that it was the seal from the scroll that Minato used...
