User crates lighting whip, to punish his enemies at close-mid ranges. The range is dependant on users proficiency and can reach up to 10 meters.

this jutsu is activated when the user uses a scroll and pokes its finger on the opponent

then a countdown starts and the target's chakra slowly builds up inside the body

every jutsu the target uses will make more chakra build up inside of the body

eventually the chakra will ignite the body

and the body will explode with chakra shooting holes out of the victim's ends.

holes:fingertips, eyes bleed or explode out of head, toenails shoot off, scalp is left bburned.
