^Amaterasu was only stated to be the most powerful Physical attack....there is nothing in the Manga that say it to be Ninjutsu.

The key word here is Physical and Taijutsu is also count as a Physical attack.

if preta path wouldve worked then he wouldve done it. you have no evidence that amaterasu is absorbed when we already saw the canon encounter between nagato & amaterasu.

He has two viable defenses, Preta or Deva, both perfectly fine at defending against ninjutsu, Kabuto simply picked one of the two.

some of doujutsu techs are ninjutsu and some are genjutsu
tsukyumi is a genjutsu that you can do with doujutsu, and it still a genjutsu.

He didn't use it because he got blindsided by itachi. He was even more concerned about naruto than himself as he even warned them he could feel amaterasu's pressure before itachi used it. Once it's on you burning, obviously shinra tensei is the better choice in the matter, but jiraiya already sealed amaterasu away and preta path was said to be a sealing jutsu, so it's pretty much Manga fact that it can be absorbed.

You ignore the fact Kabuto was controlling him, when he was sealed he even admitted to not knowing how to use him. sealing
Obito's s/t tech
Shinra tense.

All of these didn't use MS
the MS can't get read of amaterasu unless you have enton

If you were smart, you would see that I wasn't comparing Rasengan to a dojutsu, you stated physical attack. Is Rasengan not a physical attack?
