Tobirama is a hippocrate. He talks about the uchiha being cursed but he is the one who is truely cursed his fear of the uchiha turning on the village is one of the main reasons the Uchiha betray the village. Ironically he was about to become partially responible for starting a civil war. The uchiha the so called cursed clan showed that they wanted peace more than anything by turning their backs on their leader. Tobirama has done nothing to show he is for peace. He is more cursed with hatred than the uchiha.
