Why are women so erratic

It really baffles me how their mind can change so easily. I know every girl is different but still though many are rather well bipolar in a sense. Like this girl im trying to talk with recently. At first she gave me her number knowing full well of my intentions to try to be her boyfriend. For a while we talked like if something truly was gonna happen and later she stopped talking to me and ignoring my calls, ignoring txt messages. And now she wants to pick it up right where we left off before she ignored me. I ddnt ask an explanation i was just happy to have her back on track. Made me wonder though, did she tire of me? Had she been scared of a relationship? And now im wondering if she would do anything of the sort in the near future. Why do they have to b this way?

I'm not speaking for every girl, but if i ever did that it would mean i was scared to start a relationship or unsure . If i were you i'd be cautious and make sure she knows what she wants in a relationship before starting something serious.
