This is my look on "Top Tier" List, Practical IMO

God: SO6P

Demigod Tier: Edo Madara, Hashirama, (Obito)

OP: Kabuto, Naruto, Itachi, Nagato, Sasuke, Similar People, Some Kages e.g. Minato, Tobirama, Muu

S-Rank Others: Sannin, Kakashi, Akatsuki, Some Kages e.g. Mei, Gaara, Swordsmen of the Mist, Similar People

Everyone Who is Not Up There

This is more or less what I reckon

I'd put Naruto as Demi, and Nagato OP but we haven't seen his abilities 100%... Kabuto has DSM and Sage mode is like, a legendary jutsu and he only just learned it... And more...

Kabuto stole his power from Orochimaru.
If you say Kabuto is that strong, you have to say Orochimaru is that strong.
Nagato and Naruto both deserve DemiGod.
I think Nagato could also send a shower of Meteors because there's much more to Rinnegan than what Nagato has showed us. Obito hasn't shown all he could do and Madara has shown what the Rinnegan could do to a further extent.

Edo madara can't take on Edo Hashirama, Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen.

Danzo/ shishui shouldn't be on that list either, giving that Danzo got beat of Sasuke and Shishui has no feats.
