The Naruto-Sasuke and Madara-Hashirama power parallel. What do they need?

Two simple questions:

1. State your opinion as to whether or not Naruto and Sasuke will surpass Madara and Hashirama power wise.

2. What do you think would push Naruto above Hashirama and Sasuke above Madara (And this means the scale of their techniques)?

I will reserve my opinion on the matter to see what you people have to say first.

Funny this is extremely similar to my opinion. However, in mine Sasuke's EMS abilities go beyond what is known (Just MS techs with no strain) and he is some "chosen" Uchiha that unlocks an unknown power. The Naruto with Rinnegan part is spot on though.

I think they will either equal it or surpass it, but most likely equal it.
It kind of just makes sense story-wise doesn't it? The two main characters of the whole series, it makes sense to go at it in the point of view of it being the biggest fight of all time or close to it. To be honest we saw Naruto go head to head with Madara for a little bit in an unfinished fight and it kind of looked to me that Naruto was holding his own (HE CAUGHT A FREAKIN' SUSANO'O ARROW).
Since we know Sasuke is going to get another power up to surpass Naruto in the near future probably in the form of Perfect Susano'o, we can only assume that the only way for Naruto to beat him would be to get the other half of Kyuubi chakra which is now available due to the Shiki Fuujin seal release.
It only feels probably that since Naruto is so close right now to Madara power-wise that him and Sasuke will achieve a level that either equals the two of them or surpasses them.

Naruto and Sasuke are an allegory to the original two sons of the Rikudou Sennin and we should remember that it was the Uchiha brother who thought true power was in the eyes and the Senju who thought it was in love. Since Naruto represents the Senju brother I don't see it likely for him to get power of the eyes. I think it MUCH more likely for Sasuke to awaken the Rinnegan instead.

I don't know. It just feels story wise, they should surpass the two strongest. I mean they parallel the battle completely (Their first real battle was at the site where Madz and Hashi had their fated battle).

Hes already shown to have the best Amaterasu control. And I believe he is some "chosen" Uchiha.

True, but in which son did the SO6P pas down his will? the younger one.

And Naruto and Sasuke aren't a allegory to the 2 sons of the Rikudou Sennin fully.
But an allegory to Hashirama and Madara.
And Hashirama possessed a KKG, even though he was the younger son's descendent.


But the key component is SO6P's will was passed on the younger son. The younger son's ideas were passed on to Hashirama. And of course as we all know according to Obito, Hashirama is alive inside Naruto.

Senju clan represented the Sage's ideas of peace that is why Hashirama and Naruto are from the Senju lineage.

the white fire is unlikely because that is not naruto's chakra nature. The black lightning release is interesting maybe something similar to sasuke's curse seal influenced chidori.

My opinion is that sasuke will get perfect susanoo w/ it as armor (like said above) plus further control with amaterasu such as an amaterasu/chidori mixed jutsu.

With naruto it seems inevitable that he gets the other half of kuramas chakra which i think its all he needs honestly. people seem to doubt the other half of kurama's chakra and insist that naruto need more abilities. i mean look at what he accomplished with just half.... now imagine that two fold.

also if anyone does get rinnengan (which i highly doubt) it would most likely be sasuke. i dont think naruto would take any uchiha eyes.

There are a couple of arguments against that though:

1. Sasuke is extremely Pro-Uchiha so him taking Senju DNA is very not like Sasuke.

2. If Sasuke were to take Hashi's DNA (The only remaining Senju DNA that is plausible to use) the fight would be absolutely pointless. Sasuke with EMS, Mokuton and Rinnegan? So basically a living Edo Madara.

3. Naruto is an Uzumaki, not a senju. So the argument that he represents the younger and Sasuke represents the Older is pointless, since Naruto is the only one who actually wants peace.

4. It isn't clear how the Sage got the Rinnegan. The Rinnegan gives control over the Juubi so the Sage should of just controlled it then right? Wrong. If he had it, he would. More facts point to the Sage getting the Rinnegan because of the Juubi's internal influence.

5. So by this logic, Naruto who has the power of 7 Bijuu's bestowed upon him, already has near suitable pre-requisites for the Rinnegan. Also, more facts point to the Sage being an Uzumaki.

6. It wouldn't make sense for Sasuke getting the Rinnegan because his chakra reserves are nowhere near Naruto's, who's chakra reserves are near perfect for the Rinnegan.

I could go on but... Yea you get my point.

Yea the control over Amaterasu is a big hint IMO. You can train with Susanoo (And have large chakra reserves like Madara) so it becomes powerful (As if it wasn't already), same with Tsukoyomi which happened to be Itachi's proficiency, but Amaterasu's control came out of nowhere.

And like Hixa Kuogame said, I hope they don't surpass them cause both Madara and Hashirama are already on a whole different level then everyone else. And putting Naruto and Sasuke above them would basically be making them out to be God like. Which in my opinion would be somewhat stupid to the story and just get it outa hand. But that's not my choice to make. That is Kishi's. But don't get me wrong I like the new powerups that they both have now but I think that's as far as it should go.
