Orochimaru with edo tensei > Jiraya
Jiraya sage mode > Orochimaru
Jiraya sage mode > Orochimaru with edo tensei

Orochimaru with hashi cells *if he gets wood release > Jiraya sage mode

Incorrect. I am a huge Jiraiya fan, but Edos are too much for Jiriaya. Here is how it goes.

Jiraiya = Orochimaru (debateable, but people tend to forget, Jiraiya has outstanding chakra reserves)
Jiraiya > Oro w/o Hands
Oro w/ Edo > Jiraiya
SM Jiraiya > Oro
SM Jiraiya > Oro with Hashi cells
Oro w/ Edos > SM Jiraiya

That is how it goes.

Orochimaru does not have sage mode yet. It has not been proven. But If Oro had Sage Mode, Jiraiya might be in deep poo.

You must be joking. SM Jiraiya > Orochimaru (no edo) at the moment. Orochimaru has shown weakness to genjutsu (Itachi definatly gave it to Orochimaru) and Jiraiya in Sage Mode has the best Toad Genjutsu in his arsenal.

Its not his own power, but if healthy Orochimaru used it while fighting Jiraya, Jiraya would lose, however without Edo, Jiraya would win
