Here's what I think about the weakest nature (5) to the strongest nature (1):

5 or 4. Wind - Causes physical damage, can be used for defense, infused with weapons, can be used in conjunction with Fire and Water, used in various KG, and can overcome Lightning.

4 or 5. Fire - Causes physical damage, can be used for explosives, infused with weapons, can be used in conjunction with Wind, Oil, and Lightning, used in various KG, and can overcome Wind.

3. Lightning - Causes physical damage, can be used for fast movement, infused with weapons, used in a clone, used to paralyze, can overcome Earth, used in various KG, and be used in conjunction with Water and Fire.

2 or 1. Water - Causes physical damage, can be used for a defense, able to drown targets, can trap targets, can be a clone, can blind targets. able to hide in it, can be used for explosions, can be used in conjunction with Lightning and Wind, used in various KG, and can overcome Fire.

1 or 2. Earth - Causes physical damage, can be used for defense, can trap targets. change level of terrain, can be a clone, harden body, the ability to change the strength and composition of the earth from being as hard as metal to as soft as clay, able to hide in it, can overcome Water, can be used for explosives, used in various KG, and able to make enemies as heavy as a boulder.

Thoughts?

Obviously, these natures don't balance out. Water and Earth are more versatile and have more abilities than the other natures. Therefore, Earth and Water are arguable to be the strongest.

Since each element beats another and loses to another, their "fire power" is the same. So, the only thing that will divide them and help us decide which element is "the best" is which one is the most versatile. Don't get "the best" confused with "favorite".

Aren't all the chakra elements balanced out anyway?
Although I like wind over the rest, but that element is practicaly extinct.

Doesn't every chakra element have a disadvantage to the other?

And doesn't it matter who uses the element??

I mean, wind is my favorite. But its not the strongest, because someone else could be better with the fire element.
See where im getting at?

There is no strongest element. They are all balanced out with their own strengths and weaknesses

Earth or Water, they have more abilities than the other elements.

I'm trying to prove they aren't balanced out. If you would read, some natures have more abilities than others.

All the elements beats and gets beaten by the others in an endless cycle. Lighting>Earth>Water>Fire>Wind>Lightning.

But for usage, I agree with everything that you said even though my favorite is Lightning.

No element has dominance over the others, if what you mean to say is "favorite element", then that's fine. Someone performing the Fireball Technique can be outdone by someone else, who puts a lot of chakra into it, performing Air Bullets.

True, they all cancel each other out. But some of the elements are more versatile than others, they have more abilities making them better.

I think the strongest element is water, it can be fused with lightning to make storm/gale release, wind to make itself more powerful (I know what your thinking, doesn't water and wind make ice release? No, ice is a KK of the clan Hakus in, dunno what it's called) anyway, can fuse with fire to make lava release, and finally (IMO) is apart of the explosive release, making it Kekkai Tota (water and earth make clay, and the fires the boom)

As mentioned above, they all do balance out. Also, we have seen less variety of water and earth techniques, but they have definitely proven their defensive capabilities. In the end, it really depends on level of technique (as well as user of technique), and not necessarily the elemental nature. Obvious point here is when Edo Madara uses his first fire technique and it takes a whole water-style platoon to nullify the "Katon: Gouka Mekkyaku" technique used. Even though water has the "advantage" versus fire techniques.

That's false.

As I just proved, Water and Earth are more versatile than the other elements. They have more abilities overall thus better than them. They aren't all equal

Water is the most versatile, yes, but thats it. Earth isnt as versatile, but its power and defense are very high. Ill go in depth a bit later

That is incorrect imo. Air bullets would make the fire stronger.

Your post is contradictory. There is a clean explanation in the manga, and your classification does not make any sense.

Initially, there is a classification of the elements by which one his stronger than which one. There aren't classification of a single element vs many elements.

For example, for two people with equal strength fire > wind, because wind will strengthen the fire. However, if the wind user has more power in his wind, he will blow the fire back to its owner. This happened at the vote when Naruto in Kyuubi cloack returned Sasuke's fire with a shockwave of wind from his mouth.

Another example is that at equal strength, wind > lightning. However, again, intrinsic strength of the shinobi plays a great deal of role in the weighting.

From these two example, you can see that your ranking has many flaws. Besides, there is no direct comparison between element that are far apart in the circle.

Concerning the versatility, it all wind up to the knowledge of each user. Naruto has massive wind but he does not know all the Jutsu Danzou can perform. In fact, he only knows FRS. Kakashi can do lightning Bushin and the bushin is just like Kakashi. There is no difference between Kakashi's lightning Bushin and his water bushin (appearance-wise). I won't be surprise if any element can be used to make Bushin.
