Itama's two-colored hair.

There are three possibilities I could think of for why Itama had two different hair colors.

1. He might have vitiligo, where your body loses pigment in patches. A patch on the scalp grows white hair.

2. He might be a chimera, where your body is made of tissue with two different sets of DNA. A person who is their own fraternal twin (two embryos that merged together). Tobirama has light hair and Hashirama has dark, so Itama was lucky enough to inherit one of each of hair like theirs.

3. Itama is fashionable and gets his hair styled by the best shinobi hairdressers.

I think any of these reasons is pretty cool.
