(If any of you pay attention to my threads, you'd know I'm kind of flipping back and forth about this idea lol.)
Recently it came to my attention that Sasuke will most likely remain evil. The main reason is this: Sasuke's hatred has been building literally for the entire series, and it's all going to go away after a chit chat with 4 dead dudes? Sorry, but no.
Sasuke may, and probably will, redirect his hatred against something other than the village (I'll have a theory for this later today). But just because he doesn't destroy Konoha doesn't mean he's good, not by a long shot. All that pent up hatred will be unleashed upon something new, most likely Obito. Sasuke has made it clear before that nothing matters to him except his current goal.
This means that Sasuke will still remain indifferent to his "friends"; if they get in his way, he will kill them.
