Blair takes on the appearance of a young, tall, sexy woman with large breasts and an alluring figure. She has short violet hair with long strands on each side of her face that curl up and around to resemble her tail. The bauble she wears below her neck. She has a purple catlike ears with pink tips hair band, which are initially hidden by her hat. Her black witch's hat coils around at the end and retains her bright yellow cat eyes. She also has a curled up purple cat tail. Her lips are curled like the shape of a "3" number to represent those of a cat. She also has two little sharp fangs in her mouth in human form like cats.
She dresses in many types of revealing clothing such as tank tops and bikinis, but her signature witch outfit consists of a black-blue dress that shows off her shoulders and wraps around her neck, long sleeves that reveal her hands and shoulders, a short skirt with a white frill and long high-heeled boots that curl upwards at the toes.

Personality
Blair is very good at understanding other people and even showing kindness to others who are troubled. She is always looking for some fun, whether it is harmless or not. Playful and fun-loving, she is quite an affable person. She is well endowed, which is used when she flirts with others, usually by appearing out of nowhere in little to no clothing. Blair has no shame in her naked body in the presence of males such as pulling down her towel in front of their guests. Blair is even seen having bubble baths in bathtubs often which suggests that she enjoys taking baths. This is ironic because of the stereotype that cats dislike baths and because she lived with the Cat Summons, they expected her to dislike baths.
Blair has also been known to have a ruthless and uncaring side to her. Usually revealed in the midst of heated battle or when her emotions get elevated passed a certain point. She first discovered this when her parents were murdered in front of her when Uzushiogakure was attacked.

Prologue: Rise of the Witch
Blair is the great-granddaughter of the Uzumaki Clan Leader and was quite respected within the clan from her early years. She showed exceptional skill in both ninjutsu and exceptional skill in Taijutsu. Being able to fight on par with her great grandfather. She was trained from an early age to be kind and gentle but to also be fierce and unrelenting when needed. One day she got sent on a mission by her parents, it was during this day that her village was attacked.
Feeling as if she had forgotten something, Blair returned to the village shortly after leaving and found it under attack. Desperately trying to reach her family to see if they were all right. However as she got there, her father was killed protecting her mother, and her mother did trying to heal Blair's Great Grandfather. Blair's emotions went out of control and instead of expression the outwards, she compressed them and hid them away, becoming a fierce and ruthless opponent.
Rumours of a young girl who had annihilated an entire squad of S-Rank Criminals spread through the world, almost becoming a myth. Very few knew that the rumour was the truth and Blair planned on keeping it as secret as possible.

SuitonSuiton was Blair's first Elemental Affinity. From an early age, she has displayed a great amount of skill in the use of Suiton Techniques. Through years of training, she was able to have complete mastery over this element and is capable of using all water based jutsu with only one handseal.
Doton
Doton was Blair second Elemental Affinity. She had also displayed great skill in its uses. As such of this skill and mastery, she is able to perform all Doton Techniques at a faster speed then that of the average shinobi.
Intelligence
Although she seems like a considerable dope, Blair has displayed a high level of intelligence, she is able to take in a large amount of information, process it and apply the knowledge to her advantage. She is capable of coming up with strategies and counters in a very narrow window of opportunity. She is highly observant and analytical, allowing her to see through most deceptions and is rarely caught off-guard.
Taijutsu
Blair has displayed immense skill in the art of Taijutsu. Having been a natural since a young age, she has been able to fight on par with some of the most skilled Taijutsu masters, for example a man that was known as the 'Lord of Kaos'. And trained alongside the great Zenryoku in their younger days.
Chakra Reserve and Control
Since a young age, Blair has excelled in all forms of chakra manipulation. Her innate talent for it allows her to gather her chakra from any part of her body with such precision and perform any technique to their maximum potential without any wasted chakra or timing. An added bonus is that thanks to her lineage, being a member of the Uzumaki Clan has given her an immense amount of chakra for her to utilize, adding to the ferocity that she can display.

Miyamoto and Hattori are blades that can be joined together or kept apart. Miyamoto has got a white colored blade that is 23 inches long and has got the name 'Miyamoto' engraved along the blade. The hilt guard is that of the black half (Yang) of the Yin and Yang symbol. Hattori's appearance is identical to that of Miyamoto, however instead of white the blade is black with 'Hattori' engraved along the blade and the hilt guard is that of the white half (Yin) of the Yin and Yang symbol. This is so that when they are connected together the hilt guards combine to form a complete Ying and Yang.
