Plot no jutsu is a made up thing so that fanboys can excuse the loss of a character they like, Kabuto got ass-whooped by Izanami whether you like it or not.

I am saying Kabuto w/o edo atm
Sasuke I would say is almost even with Kabuto but would lose seeing as how Kabuto is an anti-Uchiha fighter.
Its understandable to say Naruto over Kabuto

but if you know how to rank correctly Kabuto at his peak solo's all low diff with HIS JUTSU edo tensei.
