I feel it's wrong to say Kakashi's sharingan is better than Sasuke's because Naruto did not see part 2 Sasuke before later in the series. Sasuke broke Itachi's Tsukuyomwith 3 tomoe, Kakashi did not.

And no, Kakashi is not better with Kamui than Obito, lmao.

The only hype that's been justified is his ability to analyze. No one matches him in feats.

We know his doujutsu is not better than, or on par with Itachi's.

He and Obito's Kamui are different, neither one is better. Obito has the ability to become invulnerable, and can still warp others, even though contact is required. Kakashi doesn't get the ability to become invulnerable, but gets long range offensive use out of it. Him doing it so fast that Obito couldn't recognize it doesn't mean his kamui is somehow superior.

Kakashi has received quite a bit of hype, but he's not the most heralded. And when most of the hype is unproven or has been proven wrong, it doesn't mean much.
