Is Bijuu Mode Naruto one of the strongest manga characters of all time?

I'm not saying he's number #1, that spot clearly goes to Goku, I'm just asking if Bijuu Mode Naruto is one of the strongest manga characters of all time, that's all.

Doesn't matter its like Naruto having the Kyuubi.As long as the user can use it well it should be their power right? Not many people can control 6 Biju's and the Gedo Mazo,he has the sages body so him being greater than Naruto is logical.

Naruto is faster than the enton orb thing,Amatarasu which is instant can't even touch A.Naruto has now shown that he can make 3 Bijuu Mode Clones.

Nagato is debatable, as i said before he can basically have 4 Chakra cloaked Kyuubi's attacking the Gedo Mazo.
