Why are you under the illusion that gai needs daytime tiger on tsunade. The only reason he used it on kisame was so he could counter the gaint water shark bomb jutsu, with his speed and power 6 gates is needed and as a last. 7 hates but NOT daytger, she has no move large enough to force gai to use it like kisame
She is much slower than him and that's just base speed so imagin what he's giving to her in gates be realistic
Morning peacock is a move that will devistate her, yes she can regenerate but you need to recognise he can off her head with certain moves!

Oh, now he can behead her with simple punches? Butch please. His only chance would be the Hirudora. He has nothing to kill her. Tsunade can survive his punches ( gate 1- 5 ) without regeneration, in 6th gate she usea s a creation rebirth. In 7th gate she uses either creation rebirth or a Byakugou. Kisame SURVIVED it, Tsunade will survive it without injures.

Tsunade, with O chackra knocked out a healthy Orochimaru. As I know only his hands were damaged.

To people saying both can solo her, Gai has nothing to kill Tsunade. She has proven herself to have above average durability. The worst damage on a body Hirudora has ever done is internal bleeding. Which would not pose much of a problem for Tsunade.
Furthermore outside of Kamui it is unlikely that Kakashi 1 vs 1 would take the win. And let's say Kakashi did use RKB all Tsunade would need to do is generate chakra to her fist like she already does and change it into electricity like she did against Kabuto to negate the effects of RKB. Furthermore, Kakashi's stamina after RKBs would be severely reduced.

Now while I will say in this battle the Eternal duo would probably win the fight will be a lot closer than people think. Kakashi doesn't usually kamui spam and without the kyuubi's chakra its something he'll have to think twice about. Whereas, Tsunade without giving chakra to three other kage level shinobi will have the chakra to sit in Byakougou for quite an extended period of time. Through destruction of the environment she would gradually force Gai to slow down. Also Gai has never been shown to use gates for an extended period of time iirc. Which is what this fight will be. And to that extent he'd be in some trouble.
So the large question that exist really is when will Kamui come out offensively.

None of them was healthy. Jman was drugged, Orochimaru lost his arms, Tsunade was feared of blood + she wasn't on battlefield after Dan's death. ( the 3rd Shinobi war was like 25 years ago ).
And don't forgot when she started to fight Oroochimaru, she was run out of chakra, but still, she managed to end the battle with one punch. I know in the anime she punched him like 20 times, but in the manga it was SINGLE punch. And Orochimaru retreated.

Yeah, that's what i said, none of the sannin were fighting at 100% so it isn't an accurate representation.

Did I say a puunch?? No I didn't, now your just allowing your inner fangirl to emerge. Becase she isn't like orochimaru, she isn't resislient to the likes of gais hidden lotus and morning pea, its guna hurt her the only thing she has is healing which. Requires. Charkra ife force, she doesn't have unlimited charkra you need to get that out your head, going by your logic she can tank the s06p himself! Jut because kisame barely survived (he was on the floor and could barely move) the same will happen to tsunade, you also need to remember that he spared kisame to gain intel

- how can he outlast her?

Tsunade is better then him overall. Guy is faster and his taijutsu is better, but he has nothing to kill Tsunade.
