Tsunade has never demonstrated such a tech. Jiraiya's tech has been proven to surround and then crush his foe... Tsunade has not shown Katsuyu can pull off said tech. Obviously "feats" aren't important, because you are a tsunade fan, and any old thing will do. Objective people need logic and facts though.

See that? That's Jiraiya when he couldn't even control his Chakra properly. Good luck dodging that. There are so many things Jiraiya can do to Tsunade, all of which he can do from long range, while there's relatively little Tsunade can do against an opponent who can ride giant frogs that leap hundreds of feet through the air (negating her close range advantage)... to say nothing of Sage mode, that makes him faster and even more powerful. A giant rasengan to the body is going to rip Tsunade up pretty bad, and even if she heals, Jiraiya has lots of ways to end her... genjutsu, toad attacks, keep using long distance attacks until she runs out of energy (since you never will in sage mode), etc etc.
