Whether he can actually bring down those meteors is irrelevant really and is something we can't tell, but what we do know is that the effect of those meteors coming wasn't even that much which means Obito won't need to go intangible for that long. Even if it was, he could just teleport to his dimension and stay there until its over.

25 Mokuton clones- these clones can swarm Obito's Jins and suppress them with Mokuton. We all saw how useless Bee was when he was bound with Mokuton, and only freed himself due to Hirudora knocking Madara away. Then Human Path can take their souls or Madara can smash the chakra receivers with Mokuton.

Flower Tree World-When Madara uses this, Obito has no way to evade the pollen or destroy it.

-If he uses Kamui intangibility to evade it, his intangibility will run out and then he will be put to sleep and killed.
-His Jins are gone so he lacks the firepower to destroy them.
-He cant surprise warp Madara as he can make clones and mix with them so Obito can't find him.
-If he goes to his dimension and stays there he loses due to ring out.

If somehow Obito manages to find the real Madara by a lucky guess then he can use a small Shinra Tensei to blast him away before he gets sucked in, as Obito needs to become solid to warp others and himself.

That is how Madara beats Obito.
