Well, when fighting Naruto, we can be sure that he uses Amaterasu and if he can hit Naruto with Amaterasu using EMS, then Naruto will be finished otherwise he should have a solution to get rid of it

Amaterasu burns anything including fire itself....so no! He will probably get charred to death......the reason why sasuke can cover his susanoo with amaterasu flames is because both susanoo and amaterasu are under his control.....
