Well, i think a space time ninjutsu is fast enough for someone who chew, mold his clay and makes handseals to form a jutsu. Chewing his clay alone takes time and he can't predict that Minato will land on top of him.

because minato doesn't need to use it on smaller faster targets, wtf do you think ftg+rasengan is for? and just because he never uses it on small targets doesn't mean it can't or won't work on smaller targets, it's just more effective for him to ftg up to someone and put a kunai in their gut.

Its a falling giant toad that's not aimed. What makes you think it could hit a smaller fast target? Deidera was to fast for sand coming from all directions! But he can't dodge a giant toad ? That makes no sense!

Do you honestly believe that he can avoid to something that will appear on top of him unexpectedly? If sasuke almost succeeded in blitzing him, Minato will cut his neck when they will appear on top of him providing he can avoid FCD..By the way, I believe that you think that by using FCD, bunta will appear several meters above the target and by that, the target can avoid it. Is that what you're thinking?

tell me how can you avoid a washing machine if it magically appears in the air right above your head while you're typing out a message on computer? as soon as the toad appears it drops like a rock, and most ppl would be too busy to notice, not saying that he can 1 shot deidara with it, but there's a good chance it'll connect, it's hard to notice something that materializes out of thin air, there's next to no time to notice before a frogs ass is on top of you. and it's not gonna be 100 feet above him, it's like looking up and all of a sudden frog ass is caving in on you, you really underestimate the power of s/t
