First were using databook system meaning out of 5 and no u can't put everything 5/5 u have to show some weakness currently itachi has highest 35.5 remember u have to show some weakness so no 5/5 for everything only what u want to excel at

My power (the one I'm most curious about at the moment due to fairytail and naruto alike) is the power of gravity. I would be able to control it an manipulate it at will. How people like gaara or hashirama has the terrain to thier advantage I would have entire atomostpshere terrain and just mass to my advantage. I can control other people's, things and my own gravity. I can make thier weight heavy or light or simply crush u with oferwelhming force (like how gaara sand coffin is )
Due to me controlling gravity I can fly (changing my body weight kinda how onooki does it with A body to make him faster I can make my body weight so light tht I can float then controlling atmosphere I can fly through it)
Also would have emense chakra reserves and stamina.
It's kinda like deva path but more extreme

The Hadouken is his main projectile his Shoryuken is his counter move and Testumaki Senpujin is his approach move.The reason he has 2 for intelligence is because all he wants to do is win(or kill) no matter what.Genjutsu isn't a fighting style in Street Fighter but i think he can break out of Genjutsu since The Setso no Hadou can be considered another entity.
