Comparing all the uchiha clan member and i realise that sasuke acommplish alot of stuff base on abilities without even looking at the uchiha tablet.Sasuke uchiha clan was destroy at an early age of his life time.The last time sasuke read the uchiha tablet is after his clan was destroy.Sasuke left konoha when he only have 2 tomoe in his sharingan,he unlock the third tomoe probably fighting naruto or before.Sasuke learn most of the uchiha skill on his own by during battle and training for 3 yr in orichimaru base.
Itachi unlock MS after killing shusi that was before he kill the uchiha clan.He had alot of time in the uchiha clan to read the tablet because the location of the tablet was also where the uhiha held their meeting .Shusi taught itachi how to master genjutsu.I believe the info from the tablet help itachi know all the sharingan power from base sharingan to Ms ,it also make itachi know how to master ms quickly or efficiently and also give him info to find the lengendary items for his susano.
Obito learn most of his uchiha skill from Madara.He give him all info from rikudo to current time of his death.Obito did not need to train much or hard like sasuke did for his powers.
Madara did already know about the uchiha tablet and rikudo powers and other stuff about the uchiha clan .I know he train hard with Izuna to be strong.
SUMMARY
Sasuke train hard without reading the uchiha tablet .He train hard to make his charka as potent or strong as madara (said by kurama )and make his eyes have more potential than Itachi (obito said it).While the other strong uchiha member got help by their own member and the tablet .
When current sasuke read everything need to know from the uchiha tablet or from the person who know everything .He will surppass all the other uchiha and even EMS madara or rinnegan madara
