personally besides the selected few of the uchia ( itachi madara izuna shushi sasuke obito) the s=uchia's arnt that impressive to have number 2 spot the senju thier dna is powerful without you being a senju so it shows how powerful they are but the average uchia didn't only had at most their second tomoe opened this is why they was so easily massacred

Its hard to choose between Senju and Uchiha, I mean yes Hashirama beat Madara but these are individuals and not the clans as a whole. Aside from those two, the Hyuuga, Sarutobi and Nara (their intellectual and hence strategic/tactical prowess will certainly dominate in group warfare) will come after, rest are fodder.

Oro wanted Kimimaro Kaguya body befor sasuka's because he was the only one left from his clan and that clan was one of the best fighters their were but they are not the smartest people strategy wise like saiyins born to fight their bones were harder than steel I think
