NOTE: This thread is kinda long so i'll try to get to the point in each topic/section
I personally think bm naruto can beat obito, and here is why

Naruto's counter for Kamui
The first thing i want to prove is that naruto can easily counter kamui.
have any of you have noticed, naruto NEVER used this in the fight with obito
sure naruto might have used 1 or 2 here and there but never the large amount
why didnt he use the large amount??? it's because clones are obito's weakness
how? because all naruto has to do is trick obito into sucking in a clone (even if the real naruto get sucked in, it wouldnt matter because the clones will STILL be attacking obito in the real world), as long as naruto has clones on the field AFTER being sucked in, naruto can attack obito inside the dimension and in the real world, THERE IS NOWHERE FOR OBITO TO HIDE HIS BODY. You can deny it all you want but no matter how you look at it, obito has no counter for an army of clones, thats why kishimoto never let naruto use alot of clones against obito.
Now, i know some of you will say, "obito isnt stupid enough to suck in a clone."
well i have 2 answers
1. Like i said before, even if the real naruto got sucked in, the plan will STILL work, as long as naruto can attack obito from inside the dimension and the clones attack obito in the real world, this will keep happening over and over again
2. Obito cant tell the difference between the real naruto and a clone as proved here
What if obito NEVER suck in naruto at all? Well he cant use kamui forever, he can only use it for 5 minutes and im pretty sure an army of clones can blitz obito for 5 minute EASILY because obito cant fight back while intangible. he can only run or try to suck in, which will lead to his death

Naruto's counter for Rinnegan
We've havent really seen obito use a rinnegan ability, all we seen so far was obito state that he can use human path on yamato here:
obito can use the 6 paths but he cant use all the abilities with it like nagato did when he fought naruto
besides naruto has experience fighting the rinnegan, he fought a rinnegan user 4 times now (nagato twice, obito and madara) so i think naruto know how to counter rinnegan perfectly by now
I'll go through the abilities anyway just incase obito can use the abilities:
Chibaku Tensei

obito can use the 6 paths but he cant use all the abilities with it like nagato did when he fought naruto
besides naruto has experience fighting the rinnegan, he fought a rinnegan user 4 times now (nagato twice, obito and madara) so i think naruto know how to counter rinnegan perfectly by now
I'll go through the abilities anyway just incase obito can use the abilities:
Chibaku Tensei
chibaku tensei is a secret jutsu of rinnegan
so obito cant use this until kishi confirms it
even if obito could use chibaku tensei, naruto has broken it before
nagato said he would make a bigger one, but that doesnt mean kurama still wouldnt break that one too
kurama's tails >chibaku tensei unless you can prove otherwise

6 Path Techniques
Deva Path - has shinra tensei and bansho ten'in
as we all know, rasenshuriken cancels shinra tensei, so imagine tbb vs shinra tensei or mini tbb vs shinra tensei
and if obito uses bansho ten'in, naruto can use his chakra arms like this
Human Path - removes the soul of the opponent
this ability requires physical contact and as we all know, obito stays intangible lol
human path doesnt effect the opponent instantly, as proved when nagato tried to do it to naruto and it took awhile, so while obito is using human path, naruto's clones can attack freely
Preta Path - absorbs chakra
this ability will be a headache because naruto uses alot of attacks that are chakra based but naruto has sage mode, so if obito absorbs chakra at the wrong time he will turn into a frog statue
i dont think preta path can absorb naruto's km and bm chakra cloak because its special and if it could, madara and obito would have done it by now
Asura Path - gives obito more arms/legs
this isnt really a problem.....naruto can make clones and will have more arms/legs too...
Animal Path - summons animals
this abilities is a little problem because naruto has 3 big toads and ma/pa, not to mention kurama bm cloak
we've even seen that the frogs are better than rinnegan summons as proved when jman and naruto fought nagato and the frogs won twice
Naraka Path - revives the other paths and can interrogates the opponent
naruto can counter this the same way he counters human path, it requires physical contact and it doesnt work instantly
while obito is trying to interrogate naruto, naruto's clones can freely attack

Naruto's counter for Wood
We've never really seen obito use mokuton (at least not currently, so we can compare it to madara's mokuton), and going by the manga, mokuton has yet to work on naruto. Naruto has gotten out of every mokuton attack that has been used against him so far, so why would obito's work?? obito's mokuton is no different than the mokuton we've been seeing used against naruto over and over, up until now.
Other Jutsu/Abilities (For Both)
Naruto still has sage mode and flat out, obito has no counter for frog song
This is a genjutsu that works based on sound
Obito cant avoid this jutsu unless he uses izanagi, BUT if obito uses izanagi he will have to get rid of his only MS eye and he will never be able to use kamui again, naruto will easily solo him without his kumai after he waste izanagi
Now, obito still has his bijuu but we already saw what happen when naruto use BM mode against them, that was only 5 min and naruto can use bm for 8 min now
