Only ones that would be a tough thing to decide have to be Gaara, Bee, and Minato, I don't know enough of Madara to say anything about him but the rest possibly.

Gaara well it's because he has his mother in his sand, she protects him, even lee with gates couldn't destroy his shields, So i'm sure it would be a challenge, he's a kage, still a kid but he grew up real fast.

With bee well the eight tails is bee's friend, so obviously he would help him cause if bee were to die then so does the eight tails. He has enough power to beat A with his lariat, so you gotta give him some credit. A is pretty dam strong.

Minato well, I don't even think Tsunade could touch him, yes he has FTG but he has mastered so many different techniques he could easily outsmart her.

These are just my opinion on these three, the rest seem good.

B. Kamui. Fairly easy for Kakashi to take out Tsunade with it, obviously it wont be his first move though.
C. Well, I could mention a vast amount of ninjutsu, but it's really unneeded, Tsunade doesn't have the feats nor the means to ever land a blow on Kakashi. It is a one way battle U_U

3. Mhh, Itachi? Like really? Tsunade can't land a blow on him either. Itachi wont even need Susanoo to beat her. Amaterasu will do the job... Experience will do her no good against Itachi. Oro said that Itachi is stronger than himself. And Oro clearly is stronger than Tsunade. We all know that he is the strongest sannin. Oro has 100 times more experience than Tsunade,..

Are you forgetting that she went out on gambling spree after the 2nd war, when Dan was killed? She only returned to being a shinobi a short time ago...

And Sasori was beaten by her student? Don't make me laugh. Sasori was beaten by Chyio, and in fact, he could have won, try read through the fight again. Sakura did nothing. She was being controlled by Chyio all the time. And Chyio fought on equal terms with Hanzo many times throughout her life (or so she said), the 3 sannin lost to Hanzo, but he spared their life. Chiyo is clearly many 1000 times more experienced than Tsunade, and she is a puppeteer, which is the main reason, she could beat Sasori. Tsunade will not last 10 seconds against Sasori, she wont know the antidote for his poison right away.

And your argument for Madara is even worse. They didn't beat Madara at that instant anyway. Wtf are you talking about? Tsunade only said that, because she could see that edo tensei was ending. The 5 kages were never even close to beating Madara.

I will make a crappy list that doesn't have any logic and base in pure fangirlsm.Those are the 10 ninja Tsunade could beat if they were in kookoverse and not Narutoverse​

1- kakashi: he has no chance against tsunade experinces , kakashi even with his MS can't take down hokage since he's not in hokage level
2- Zabuza: this fight will be piece of cake for tsunade, it's like picnic
3- itachi: we saw how tsunade broke a complete madara's susanoo with only singal punch, i don't think his susanoo will help him also she has more experinces .
4- sasori: if her student (sakura) killed him, then it will be piece of cake to lady tsunade to do the job
5- nagato: i am not overrate her here and i know he's trouble one but we saw how jiraya almost beat him, if she has information about nagato then nagato will lose the fight otherwise nagato will win
6- sasuke: this fight will be the best , tsunade can show us here her true abillity.. she can destroy his susanoo with one hit like she did it with madara .. his amatarsu is useless since she can heal herself as well because we know she's best medical ninja as well .
7- killer bee: in war arc, he is so useless , careless and beside we know tsunade is stronger so his 8tails will not help him in this fight .
8- madara uchiha: without edo tensei, tsunade will one the fight, i know he cut her to half U_U but she already beat him when she destroyed his sasunoo still edo tensei helped him to regenerate himself.
9- minato: seriously guys, he's fast but she's strong and always the power come first in the fight & tsunade win this with high difficulties .
10- gaara: he's kid, unmature and he doesn't have experinces like tsunade beside he lost his power since akatsuki sealed his one tails .


ofcourse, tsunade can beat more than this guys on my list and i think nobody will disagree about tsunade because i really worked hard on this list ,and it was 4 hrs of studying her abillity

But since you asked for it:

She can't beat Nagato, Tsunade has no counter to a simple Shinra Tensei.
She can't beat Madara, simple Shinra Tensei.
She can't beat Minato, he's too fast, and Tsunade isn't exactly a speed type.
She can't beat Itachi, since we haven't seen her counter genjutsu before.
She can't beat Sasuke, since he can spam Amaterasu now.
She could beat Sasori, since she pwned Chiyo back in the day.

No I am not underrating her. I would also list Tsunade above some of the mentioned shinobi due to her skills as a medic, but that does not make her capable of beating them ABC logic doesn't work that way. You can always find shinobi lower ranked in a list that beats shinobi above themselves.

You didn't answer my main issue on this. How does she win against any of them? You didn't explain it at all. How does she land a hit on any sharingan user, when she fights alone?

Besides you don't even know, what the databook is for. I am unaware about, her scores, but the scores in the databook aren't made to be compared from one character to another. They describe, how good, the character is within his/hers field of expertise within a certain genre of skill. Tsunade uses only medical ninjutsu, which is why she probably has 5 in ninjutsu. Does that make her as good at ninjutsu as Kakashi? No it doesn't. It just means she has mastered everything within medical ninjutsu. The databook also doesn't account for unique abilities such as jinchuriki or blood line limits. Don't even use the databook to say, which character is stronger, it does not work that way.

Okay, she can heal herself against amaterasu? You do realize there is a limit on her healing jutsu, when it has been used too much, she wont be able to use it again. Thus she will die. Amaterasu does not stop burning, till its target is completely gone. Healing will do no difference at all. Learn to understand the most basic details about the jutsu, before you make such comments...

Same goes for poison. Unless you create an antidote, healing yourself will not remove the poison, thus you will never get rid of it, and you will just heal yourself in vain, till you have no more chakra left, and her forehead seal will vanish.

Seems you should have spend those 4 hours on studying the opponents you planned to compare her with.

u believe she has chances of beating them & they also have chance of beating her which is really good .
i believe in 1vs1 match , she has better chance against elite shinobi
