How did Danzo manage to get Shisui's eyes though, and why would he only take one :shrug: Danzo is one cunning dude though :zonder:

Shisui was a member of Danzo's Root. He had to be loyal to Danzo no matter what. If Danzo wanted his Sharingan, Shisui had to give it to him.

As to why he only took one, I believe it was because Shisui's MS in the eye he kept was locked away due to the time delay of 10 years, and Danzo took the one that was still active. That's my explanation.

Why do find it hard to accept Danzo asked Obito for assistance? Itachi did the same and bargained on the price of not destroying konoha. Danzo could have done the same too.
And if I'm not mistaken, Danzo is a sniffing lying son of a b****h. He used a similar trick on (whats her name??)Kabuto's supposedly mother(Nono) concerning Kabuto. He lied to her....and manipulated her to kill kabuto.
If so, why are you suprised he twisted information to Itachi for him to take action.

Who slaughtered the Clan? Obito or Itachi? IMO, Itachi just took care of his family infront of Sasuke to prove something, and Obito took care of the rest, thats why he had so many sharingans in possesion.

Danzo is trying to get rid of people who are a threat to Konoha, including Obito.

He was hiding all of his true selfishness and jealousy of Hiruzen with the pretense that he actually cared for Konoha. His quest for power and leadership was for himself and no one else.

The only reason anyone in Konoha even trusted him was because he was Hiruzen's team mate and the Hokage's student, those are the only two reasons anyone even listened to him. He misused that honor to literally no end.

Obito is doing everything he can to achieve peace through power, he is trying to erase the deceitful reality that men like Danzo created.

Obito's motives are to end the reality that he believes will keep causing pain and suffering, no matter what the cost.

Danzo's motives were to put himself above Hiruzen at any cost.
