Urashiki Ōtsutsuki (大筒木ウラシキ, Ōtsutsuki Urashiki) is a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan's main family. Compared to his comrades, Urashiki has been shown to have a rather laid-back and jovial personality. Urashiki was dispatched to earth along with Momoshiki and Kinshiki Otsutsuki.

- Urashiki has the Byakugan, of which his left eye can evolve into a red Rinnegan and his right eye into a blue Rinnegan, both with similar appearance to Sasuke's activated Rinnegan.
- Urashiki gains an increase of +2 Bonus AGL and +1 Bonus BODY and SPRT unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply.
- Can create a chakra fishing rod to pierce defenses and absorb chakra, allowing him limited access to abilities of the target.
- Upon consuming his accumulated chakra and dōjutsu, Urashiki is capable of undergoing a transformation similar to Momoshiki's; causing his massive power to skyrocket. The digits on his extremities became elongated talons, and he could utilise his tattered sleeves as wings while attacking with his clawed feet. His eyes became golden while also manifesting a third Rinnegan on his forehead. Black asymmetrical markings spread over his face and legs, and his hair grew long and wild while his horns took on the appearance of flared wings, with the broken right horn only partially formed.
- With his Rinnegan, he is able to utilize different abilities, identifiable by distinct color changes when active. When red, he could warp through space and time and travel across dimensions. When blue, he could warp into the past by several seconds.
Restrictions:
- Requires, at minimum, Jōnin rank
- Requires a Skills Test and either Battle Test or Ability Mission
