Sasuke is definitely planning on becoming the juubi's jinchuuriki

The scroll of the shinigami is most likely the scroll that the rikudou himself used in order to seal the juubi.

This perfectly explains why suigetsu said that the scroll would help them take over the world (think about it, the scroll didnt tell suigetsu that the edo hokage were gonna be summoned).

This also would explain why the rikuoudo has horns in his silhouette (shinigami mask) & this also correlates with him being an uzumaki.

Btw sasuke's "burn it all" comment was referring to konoha, he sees the power within the juubi & he knows that he can completely burn down konoha with it. He told the SA that he wants to become hokage in order to gain a temporary alliance so he can easily subdue the juubi & use the scroll.

I guarantee this will happen, it would completely turn around kishis story which is going barely anywhere atm.

I'm not convinced that Sasuke's "Burn it all" comment was directed towards Konoha. He was facing what remained of the Juubi when he said it, which more likely suggests he wants to "burn the body". I think, at heart, he still wants to protect Konoha. The flashback he had before making his decision to join the war wasn't for nothing. He genuinely wants to protect the village and honor Itachi's wishes. If he had an evil scheme up his sleeve, why would he randomly declare his intention to become Hokage? Sasuke isn't the type to say something when he doesn't mean it. Even if what you're saying is true and he wants to "burn Konoha to the ground so he can build a new village from scratch", who is he going to build it with? There are no other Uchiha alive with the exception of Obito.

Sasuke's glare was pure evil when he made that comment, there is definite foreshadowing there as kishi never shows sasuke's evil face without him being evil.

He doesnt want to protect konoha. His hokage comment was merely to get close enough to seal the juubi. Thats why juugo has no clue of sasuke's intention, even when he heard him tell the hokage that he wants to protect konoha. I cant justify his reasoning yet as its not clear, but one thing is clear & its that sasuke is not done being evil.

I'm not ruling it out, but I'm not convinced from this chapter alone that his intentions are still evil. His expression certainly looked dark in 634, but he also looked pretty serious in 627. Sasuke may end up doing something evil, but I don't think it's going to be to destroy the village. If anything, his plans are much bigger now.
