Ok so Sakura escaped : either because of her double personality, or Ino was not able to perform the jutsu right, was not strong enough.
But since now she is able to to it on a semi-jinkchuriky i think she would have no problem on an Uchiha, besides Madara i guess (she would just pass through and wonder around xd )
