I don't know, kyuubi have the advantage, but remember that on the whole fight pain vs naruto, the advantage freely switched between the two sides.

i think that pains jutsu is going to work remember he has 1 more shadow clone with nature chakra has to be used sometime i think the kyubi chakra will get suked away and he releases final shadow clone and he will kill him .....he will have full engery to pains zero chakra(like goku kills majin boo)

Back to the topic, Pain will win the battle and Naruto will win the war.
Pain is going to capture Naruto but eventually Naruto will win some how thats just my 2 cents.
Well we can't be sure how srong Pain really is. Right now he's planning to do something of great power, he had to move closer to Nagato just to execute this technique. So I can't say for sure who would win, Pein or naruto. But then again, this manga is named after Naruto, therefore he cannot die! xD
Nothing can be said..........Pain is confident about chibaku tensi.......But dat technique should work....And naruto can summon his last KB.......But who is dere to do dat......Scroll is nowhere to be seen........IF it was with naruto it may have burned........Naruto should have to figure out something else........
When majjin buu was out of energy(ki is d word i think). It was goku who was exhausted not buu. It was dragon(I 4got his name) on new namek dat granted goku full power......

But how many of u would have trust me if I had told u that Pein would singe handly destroy the leaf village?
Kishi is currently walking in a lost and dark alley. Unpredictable and so fascinating!
If we follow the order of what happen recently, I can't see naruto winning here...In fact I'm pretty sure Pein will get EXACTLY what he want (capturing naruto). This won't end up in a tie! It will be one or the other.

well, this is true that kishi is being unpredictable.
May be pain will capture Naruto but don't forget that Naruto is in six tails form.
There are 50-50 chances of both. It depends on kishi that how would he like to make up story...
Pain capturing Naruto will be more interesting though. He will take Naruto to the hideout to extract bijuu , Sasuke will also come to knw about it and then we will see his true feelings for Naruto..
But on the other hand this way story will end soon enough cuz in order to protect Naruto from dying all the Akatsuki have to eventually die.
