Who has better chakra control? Sakura or Naruto?

I guess it depends. If we are talking about precise using of small amounts of chakra Sakura is way better. But when it comes to big, powerful chakra its the other way around, simply becuase Sakura has no experience with dealing with chakra of such magnitude.
