No, it cannot. She's stated to be faster than him and has a higher score in the databook. All the jounin in Konoha, even Yamato, & excluding Gai and Kakashi are losing to Sakura, expecially if she summons Katsuyu but she won't even need to against Iruka. Nagato's rinnegan techs were lacking compared to Madara's, especially considering that Madara has better control and they are his own eyes. This discussion should be over.

Naruto has better chakra manipulation and can send it to various people as well as create variants of rasengan. Sakura is better at maintaining a constant amount, she allocated enough chakra to her forehead for 3 years w/o killing herself and formed an s-rank Yin Seal. Once again, they're both good at chakra control, just in completely different ways.

I wouldn't call what Naruto is good at chakra control. I would say he is very good at chakra manipulation, he probably still wastes chakra when he uses it but he has so much to work with that it's negligible. I think he can manipulate chakra better than most if not all.

Exactly this. Nothing more needs to be said. Sakura is better at control and being precise with it. Naruto is better at forming it into attacks or defense. They're both good at utilizing chakra, Sakura w/ control and Naruto w/ manipulation.

Aren't manipulation and control the same thing? To manipulate the chakra you obviously have to have chakra control. But I understand what you're saying, they do have different purposes.

The rasengan takes the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point" according to Minato/Jiraiya/Kakashi.

I misread your last post and just disregarded rasengan (which was a stupid mistake on my part). Yes, Jiraiya stated back in pt1 that it was when he was first showing it to Naruto. Just ignore my last post.

Sasuke's kirin is so useless that sasuke used it only 1 time in all series and even itachi without susanoo dodged that technique...

Dodged....dodged. It's physically impossible to dodge something that strikes within a thousandth of a second. Itachi just managed to formulate Susano'o in time, he couldn't move a muscle. Go reread the goddamn fight, he didn't dodge Kirin without Susano'o.

Yes, Sasuke mastered his base Sharingan, with which his Genjutsu was so strong he caught Deidara with a genjutsu. Deidara, the one who had trains his left eye to see through Genjutsu of Itachi's caliber. Sasuke is able to summon within an instant, as shown during his fight with both Danzo and Deidara. Kirin completely destroyed the Uchiha hideiut. There's no dodging it.
