Lava= Son Goku and Fifth Mizukage
Crystal= Guren (filler episodes)
Dark=Hiruko (Naruto Shippuden movie 3)
Storm= Darui
Scorch= Pakura
Blaze= Sasuke
Boil=Fifth Mizukage
Explosion= Deidara and Gari
Magnet= Toroi, third and fourth kazekage
Steel= Hiruko
Swift= Hiruko
Wood= First Hokage, Yamato etc

Magnet and swift would make a pretty good taijutsu user. However, considering how powerful Hashirama is I don't think anyone can discount the utility of wood release.
