which one do you think is stronger?

Gamma ray> than most anything. Everyone on the planet would die if a gamma ray blast hit us.

i agree but i think the main difference between both attacks is that one is really meant for just get it done kind of thing while the other one has after math effects like getting radiation especially if your not immortal and have to breathe

if your immortal you can survive gamma ray because you wont be affected by radiation, and since you have enough energy dodge it while rasengan has to be used by human hand to be throwed at you and its much slower, but if they did both collide they would erase each other beyond subatomic level
