It's a good story the way it is, I'd probably just leave it original. If I had to though I'd probably add more fighting time for Guy and/or Lee. Every story will have some kinda plot hole, you would create another plot hole trying to fix another.

Obito being alive he's my favorite character but his existence defys all types of logic he didn't have kamui so how did he survive the rock slide? And also why is it that his eye didn't get crushed along with the other half of his body?
And Sakura she would never exist

The whole saving sasuke took a long time .
