When you fill out certain forms or other applications, most of them require your date of birth so what format do you guys use?

Do you use
Month/Day/Year or Day/Month/Year

Day/Month/Year.

I personally think this format is good because it shows time increasing over the terms. For example a month is longer than a day and an year is longer than both the month and the day.

That is the logical way

but we like to be difficult, metric pfft **** that imperial baby.

Day-month-year if I am going to write it fully, else I use just numbers but backwards, as in: 190304 (today's date) :)

Actually it depends on the format they have in the forms.

Some use Month /Day/Year like in my country Philippines. It is the standard form.
E.g
March 5 2019 or 03/05/2019

It's only in Europe I learned to use the Day /Month/ Year form.

Status
Day/Month/Year or dd/mm/yy
with either / - or . between them.

It's the official format im my country.

i always hate when i have to change the format from Month/Day/Year while working, because i find it tricky.
