The Sharingan was said to be only awakened by a select few Uchiha, Sarada, an academy student already has 1 Tomoe Sharingan - Precognition, which she used to dodge Shin's weapon attack.

She also displayed Tsunade/Sakura's incredible physical strength, which goes to also show she has outstanding chakra control, again, she is an academy student already having Sharingan,incredible physical strength,and outstanding chakra control.
