He asks Itachi if he can still use Susano.

Lmao. Not only are Edo Tensei zombies stated to have chakra that doesn't run out, but Sasuke has never ever seen Edo Tensei in action nor does he know what the jutsu is, so why would he know that Itachi has unlimited chakra?

Minato stated that hirashin and the vines have drained his chakra which means that EDO chakra reduces upon using their techs.
Also Itachi's response to Sasuke's question is an implication that his chakra can run very low and be unable to use his Susano at some point. Sasuke doesnt know much about EDOs but he has sharingan and can know if Itachi's chakra started getting low.
EDO having unlimited chakra doesnt mean they have infinte pool of chakra at any instant which contradicts Minato running out of his chakra. It means that their chakra can regenerate at some rate but definitely not instantly , or minato should have been able to use hirashain and Save Naruto, and, unlike living shinobies, running out of chakra wont cause them to die so they will be still able to regenerate their chakra and continue.

Amaterasu and susanoo are different things.In amaterasu chakra is build up only in eyes while in susanoo it comes from all over the body

But his body was shown to be fully regenerated so it is more logicall to assume that Sasuke was doubting itachi's chakra not his body.

It's what happened though. He has a point. Another example is Muu unable to preform Jinton while split in two because it cut his chakra in half. If his chakra was truly unlimited that wouldn't have been an issue. They can get low on chakra but my guess is it obviously regenerates over time like their bodies do.

Not really it's just that Kishimoto doesn't debate fights like we do. He doesn't care what makes sense in a battle, but what makes his story works. If he needed fodders to outrun the god tree branches but Naruto couldn't, that's what he draws.If he needed Hiruzen to get some screen time to scoop in and save Naruto he made Minato low on chakra. If he needs Naruto to tank Kaguyas attacks but get impaled by a mere sword, that's what he'll draw. Whatever makes the story work and keep the plot on the route he wants it is good for him, but not for us.

The chakra mode doesnt necessarily reflects his chakra. It is just an external cloak.

a)has enough to use harishin

or
