Well you both have to understand in the battle Sasuke had already used preta path, and Naruto has already fought against it, multiple times actually. If Sasuke ran at Naruto without Chidori/Enton and Naruto had his Rasengan, you think he would just plunge it into Sasuke lol?

Plus I don't think Sasuke had his Rinnegan activated after the Indra arrow

All Sasuke had to do was waiting until Naruto uses Rasengan, that's it. Naruto's chakra would be pretty much 0 from there on, whether he'd use the jutsu on Sasuke or not.

inb4 Nardo would cancle it and wouldn't lose any chakra (honestly, does it even work like that?). Lel, same goes for Sasuke then, he'd charge towards Nardo just to cancle it and use preta.

The reason he used Enton Chidori was to finish of Naruto because he only had a little chakra left and punching/kicking obviously wasn't working for him.

Kurama stated he can't use preta path at the same time as his jutsu.

The only reason Naruto used Rasengan was to counter his jutsu. He already knows Sasuke can absorb chakra, so why would he use Rasengan?

If anything he'd keep doing taijutsu or use Kage Bunshin.

Sasuke had to use chidori enton, he was getting beat in taijutsu.

Right, Naruto only made the Rasengan after Sasuke made his Chidori. So that would of never happneded in the first place. Naruto was playing the waiting game, if Sasuke did not go first, he wouldn't of acted. It was like this for the majority of the fight. Naruto made it apparent he was not interested in fighting "this" version of Sasuke, so why would he try to initiate the final move anyway? lol
