two series I'm recommending
Of the million fantasy manga out there this is a top one for me
Mom, Please Don't Come Adventuring With Me! ~The Boy Who Was Raised by the Ultimate Overprotective Dragon, Becomes an Adventurer With His Mother~
Its has an interesting schtick where the mom is following the son on his adventure using the overprotective mom gag but shes an OP crazy dragon. Still new series but of the chapters out its hilarious.
Other is assassins pride which is getting an anime in October. I like it because the series has fun lore and of the few series the protagonist actually has to work hard and isnt spoonfed op abilities.
