Sin stood on the pillar looking on at his latest student, Neji. The boy genius from a well known clan of the hidden leaf. Interesting. Well, it had come down to Sin to test the young man, evaluate his skills and see where to go from there. A simple task. Sin had a pouch around his waist that hung behind him containing his basic weapons while having a traditional samurai sword over his right shoulder.
"Welcome to your first first assessment, lets see what you've got kid..."
With that, Sin drew four shuriken from his pouch, he threw two head on, and one up in the air so that it would come down on Neji's current location in the turn after his next one.
The boy genius was indeed ready for his assessment. He wasn't sure the exact strength of his opponent before him, but he knew it was far above his own, this would be a far more than worthy adversary. He wasn't sure what to expect, but he was sure as hell ready for anything. Hearing the man, who's been described as "Sin"'s words he smiled and nodded his head at his teacher. Neji too, had a pouch of essential ninja supplies on attached firmly to his knee, and some tools dispersed among his belt, including the likes kunai and shuriken, explosive tags, senbon, flash bombs and a length of wire. On his back, a solid black chokutō that is composed of cold steel is strapped firmly.
Sin reached into his pocket and pulled out three shuriken, two of them were coming directly towards Neji and a third one was launched up in the air. Neji had to think fast, he wanted to get closer to his opponent so he decided to kill two birds with one stone. He leaped forward towards the pillar in front of him, rotating his body one hundred and eighty degrees to catch the impact of the shurikens coming towards him against his chokutō. The two deflect off of the black steel as Neji completes rotation and barely makes it onto the pillar he planned to land his feet on. Upon landing, Neji quickly re-balances himself and gathers his fuuton chakra into his lungs to blow out a sphere of air hurdling towards Sin at rapid speeds.

Sin watched as Neji leapt through the air, allowing the flat side of his blade to catch both his shuriken, a talented move indeed while closing the gap. Not only that but he was inhaling in the process releasing the wind sphere. So he'd closed the gap to get in range to use that attack? Not a bad idea. Sin wouldn't just sit and take the hit though. He'd release his chakra into the earth below to create a pillar of earth to push up under his feet, sending him up and forwards towards his opponent over the wind sphere with ease.

As he came over the sphere of wind he'd be within short range of Neji now, but as he was, a mist began to form around the entire area blocking Neji's vision of sin, forming from the water below:

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
As this happens and sin is in the air, he throws two kunai down onto neji through the mist which he wont see coming as he throws another kunai with a wire attached off to the right, to wrap around a nearby pole to pull himself over out of the way while he waits....

The man was projected up and above the sphere of wind that Neji had spat out at Sin and was making his way towards the boy genius via the air. But as he closed in, a thick mist began rising up from the water, clouding Neji's line of sight from Sin and all of his movements..
Without knowing of the incoming dangers in the mist, Neji simply wanted to get rid of it so he could regain his vision once more. Neji claps his hands together to compress the wind and transform it into a powerful gale which he would send upwards, the last place he had seen Sin. The incoming gale was strong enough to push aside most of the mist and subsequently pushed aside the two incoming shuriken that Neji had been, and is still is oblivious too. Now with his eyes on Sin, he could see him traveling towards a pole over towards Neji's left, Sin's right.
(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm

This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
(I assume from the description of this technique that the wind produced is powerful enough to push them aside.)
Now without any immediate dangers incoming towards Neji and vision of his adversary once again, he prepared for his next attack. He leapt forward approximately five meters to the next pillar, closing the gap to approximately seven and a half to ten meters. He reached into his pouched and pulled out two shurikens, he hurled them towards Sin's expected destination with his wind-based chakra infused into them, so he could control the direction of them while they traveled, to ensure that they would hit there intended target regardless if he kept his intended flight path.
(Fūton: Kaiten Shuriken) - Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken

Sin swung through the air as his mist was pushed to one side, it seemed the Hyuuga didn't have the power of his eyes yet, because the advantage would have been his with the Byakugan. Interesting to know. But Sin had another thing to deal with, the shuriken coming towards him, coated with wind it would seem. So he could use shape manipulation to this level already? There was no point trying to dodge these, instead he'd deal with them head on. Landing with his feet on the side of the pole, Sin would bend his knees and push off through the air, drawing his sword, doing two quick slashes, hitting both the blades away, reaching Neji doing a downward diagonal slash from Neji's right should to his left hip. Sin's sword is in his right hand.

Neji stood by carefully watching his teacher sore through the air and land on the side of the pole. He instantly pushed off of the pole and drew his sword, slashing away the two empowered shuriken that Neji had sent hurdling towards Sin. Neji was deterred but he had still had tricks up his sleeve, Sin would definitely continue forwards to strike Neji with his blade, and Neji would let him do just that, but not before channeling his lightning chakra to surround his body, creating a body suit of electric armor, if you will.
(Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armor

Neji would follow up his Lightning Strike Armor with an attack of his own while his opponent was slightly stunned from the lightning. Neji would channel his lightning chakra once more, into his dominant, right hand, generating electrical bolts around his forearm. He would then slam his palm into the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to five meters.
(Raiton: Denki Railanshō) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm

Neji will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through Sin by Neji doing a slicing motion with hands in the direction of Sin. This causes Neji to put immense focus on this technique, which is why he saved it for the last part of this attack.
