it's a fact that tobirama failed to accomplish anything. he's them most controversial kage ever

He invented quite a few high quality techniques, such as the Flying Thunder God technique, the Impure World Reincarnation technique and the Shadow Clone technique.

He was always there to make the harsh decisions, that Hashirama was too naive to do.

He became a Hokage, the leader of the village.

He established the organisations of the Hidden Leaf village, such as the Ninja Academy, the ANBU, the Chūnin Exams and the Leaf Military Police Force.

He saved the lives of his students and the next Hokage, by sacrificing his own.

He was a true Ninja. . . smart and powerful. . . courageous and sacrificial. . . a great leader. . . :yeah:

I'm not saying that he was perfect, but there is no such a fact that he failed to accomplish anything.
